Single Sessions

Services already provided are non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review and correct mistakes when appropriate.
Packages / Prepaid Plans

Unused sessions may be eligible for a refund within [14/30] days of purchase, minus any sessions already used at the single-session rate, and minus any applicable processing fees.

Packages are non-transferable unless we approve a transfer in writing.
Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations

Fees charged under our cancellation/no-show policy are generally non-refundable.
