Refund Policy — Flex-Ability Dynamics
Effective Date: January 12, 2026

Flex-Ability Dynamics values transparency. This policy explains when refunds may be available.

Single Sessions

  • Services already provided are non-refundable.

  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review and correct mistakes when appropriate.

 

Packages / Prepaid Plans

  • Unused sessions may be eligible for a refund within [14/30] days of purchase, minus any sessions already used at the single-session rate, and minus any applicable processing fees.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless we approve a transfer in writing.

 

Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations

  • Fees charged under our cancellation/no-show policy are generally non-refundable.

 

Memberships (If Offered)

  • Membership fees are billed as described at sign-up.

  • You may cancel with [X] days notice before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

  • Past billing cycles are generally non-refundable.

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
